I believe in making the world better through business and leadership. That is why I co-founded The Global Good Fund to invest in high potential, overlooked social entrepreneurs. Many of the entrepreneurs needed access to capital to scale, so I went on to found and manage the Global Impact Fund, which is dedicated to investing in socially impactful businesses primarily led by black, brown and women founders. I am the co-author of multiple books, including Health Entrepreneurship: A Practical Guide, and two editions of Sustainability for Healthcare Management: A Leadership Imperative, which became a top 5 business book in Handelsblatt (Germany). It is an honor to give back by serving on corporate and nonprofit boards and by volunteering in the local community.
Fundamentally, my message is about accessibility, how everyday people can empower themselves and others.
