Lisa Whited is a workplace strategist, organizational development consultant, and award-winning author dedicated to improving work for people - and the organizations and communities they support. With more than three decades of experience advising organizations in numerous industries, she specializes in helping leaders redesign work systems, team norms, and physical spaces to enhance engagement, performance, and connection.

Lisa’s approach integrates organizational psychology, systems thinking, and interior architecture, enabling her to bridge strategy, culture, and the built environment. She is known for her inclusive, employee-driven methods, using tools like Working Together Agreements and facilitated dialogue to ensure all voices are heard - especially during times of change.

A frequent keynote speaker and consultant, Lisa is currently pursuing her PhD in Organizational Development and Change at Fielding Graduate University, where she focuses on community building, human behavior + change, and climate-positive organizational systems.

Her core belief is simple: when work is better for people, everything gets better - innovation, culture, wellbeing, retention, and even the planet.

She lives in the Northeast of the US and works globally.
