Mike Peckham

Mike is a long-standing company director, NED and coach to C-Suite executives and teams. He brings to bear his practical experience of working with executive teams and boards, with a deep understanding of human nature. He describes his work as being able to get the ‘right conversation in the room at the right time’.

He works internationally with teams and leaders from the public, private and third sector. His work with outstanding leaders in a rapidly changing context has shaped his thinking about how leaders must shift how they think about what they do and is co-author of the book ‘Network Leadership: Navigating and Shaping our Interconnected World’.
