A professional, UEFA A / FA Advanced Youth Award football (soccer) coach, entrepreneur and author, Lee Waddington MSc has worked for some of the World's biggest football clubs and impacted youth players on every continent. Now focused on writing evidence-based books, underpinned by the latest cognitive psychology and neuroscience research, he aims to revolutionise not just athlete development, but also the way in which coaches and parents are supported/educated. Utilising the research for his books, he has started a new business in the USA; Play Sports Academy (www.playsportsacademy.com), which aims to offer children aged 3 - 12 the opportunity to sample several sports all supported by the same unique methodology.
