I'm a former professional Rugby Player from New Zealand. I travelled the world plying my craft in a variety of countries. I returned home to New Zealand in 2013 to embark on a career in Sport Psychology. During my studies for my MA in Sport Psychology I worked as a school teacher and Rugby coach. I now own the business Flow Sport Mental Performance Coaching where I help athletes, both young and old, deal with the mental challenges of sport and life.
Due to my experience working with young people, I was well positioned to offer Sport Psychology to the youth athletes around NZ. After repeatedly hearing about a desire for more resources to equip young people with Mental Skills, I created the Mental Toughness Journal!
