Dr. Kristy M. Vanacore is a holistic family psychologist, multidimensional wellness guide, modern medicine woman, and mother of two, dedicated to weaving ancient wisdom with modern science to help individuals and families thrive. For nearly three decades, she has pioneered a revolutionary approach to holistic psychology, creating her signature Rewilding Wellness program for all ages and stages.
Witnessing the rise of chronic illness and the shortcomings of conventional therapies, Dr. Kristy committed her life’s work to helping people reconnect with their innate self-healing capacities. Her methods integrate mind, body, and spirit through multidimensional and bioquantum practices, honoring that we are vibrational beings who heal through frequency, embodiment, and cellular regeneration.
Through private sessions, group experiences, retreats, and educational offerings, she guides people to unlearn the conditioning of fear and domestication, reclaim their sovereignty, and live with vitality, joy, and purpose. She uniquely and lovingly guides individuals to rediscover their body's brilliance and timeless wisdom so they can realign with the natural synergy of all of creation. She lights the way for you remember your roots, rekindle your instincts, and reclaim your sovereignty.
She is the author of "ReWilding: A Woman’s Quest to Remember Her Roots, Rekindle Her Instincts, and Reclaim Her Sovereignty" and the forthcoming books: Rewilding Wellness: Rooted Wisdom to Rise Well, Rooted Remedies: A Workbook for Wellness; and "Wisdom of the Wild Way."
She is also a contributing author for the book: Ancestors: Divine Remembrances of Lineage, Relations and Sacred Sites
Dr. Kristy works globally and locally, and is founder of The Center for Holistic Psychology, Multidimensional Family Wellness & Community in Fairfield/Westchester Counties—a healing haven where people of all ages restore balance and vitality.
Kristy can often be found off the grid hiking, exploring new terrain, immersing in the beauty of Mother Earth, or practicing forest scouting and archery skills. As a lyricist she also composes music and poetry. With a passion for capturing nature through photography, some of her most treasured photos are of her favorite places in Maine. In addition to her serious crystal and driftwood collections, Kristy loves vintage rock band merch and dreams of playing guitar and singing her original music compositions in a band. As a hockey mom, she spends many weekends chauffeuring her boys ages 16 and 14 to games and tournaments and cheering them on in the stands. Outside the rink, Kristy loves dancing, yoga, sculpting pottery, painting, and traveling. Connecting eye to eye and soul to soul with horses always reminds her to go where the wild things are.
