Dr Malcolm Ogborn has a passion for encouraging new leaders in healthcare and other technology based professions. He serves as a professional physician coach and leadership development consultant with a special focus in partnering with early career leaders and leaders working in remote and rural areas. He is also the Vice Chair of the
Canadian Physician Coaches Network. His fifty-year career in medicine and medcal research included
professorial appointments in Pediatrics, Human Nutrition, and Interdisciplinary Studies at major Canadian Universities. He has held senior and executive leadership positions in clinical care, research, and academe. He coaches with individual professionals and organizations in the areas of Emotional Intelligence, career development, conflict management, and
leadership. He lives in Kelowna, British Columbia with his wife, Jane, and SPCA-rescue Shih Tzu Gizmo.
They have children and grandchildren living in various places from British Columbia to Ontario.
