After surviving stage 3 colorectal cancer, she transformed her life through holistic nutrition, functional fitness, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. Now nearly a decade cancer-free, she helps others reclaim their health with integrative, trauma-informed support.
Alisha specializes in helping cancer patients, first responders, and strong caregivers who struggle with chronic stress, burnout, and the pressure to stay strong for everyone else. She believes healing begins with self-care and learning to listen to your body.
