Patricia Morrell-Ruiz

Patty Morrell-Ruiz, is a chef, cooking instructor, food stylist, and recipe developer. She is the founder of The Mad Table, a brand created to inspire you to become crazy passionate about eating and cooking delicious food. Fueled by her Cuban heritage, she brings her audience a wide variety of modern recipes with a touch of Latin-fusion.

She was one of six featured chefs and members of Les Dames d’Escoffier International to cook with Master Chef Argiro Barbarigou at the James Beard House.

Her work has been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, NBC 6 in the Mix, Radio Caracol, Sara Moulton- Sara’s Weeknight Meals, Telemundo, Thrillist, Univision and WDNA Radio
