Peter Fincham

Despite his hysterical opinion that he is indeed Peter Pan, Peter Fincham isn't defying the laws of age and continues to age without grace.

Having tinkered with a bit of journalism (in Print, on the TV and most regularly on the Radio) after University, the introduction of many, many children into his immediate sphere of responsibilities soon put pay to any ideas of creativity, and a career within IT and Business has predominated the parts of Peters life not lovingly dominated by family.

Living "all over", the family settled back in Hertfordshire in the '80s, before he relocated to the South Coast in 1999 and a short spell with IBM which changed his professional outlook and with it, his life; travelling across the world for work.

When not found following his life long passions of Music and Watford FC, he's most likely to be found sat with his wife watching the world go by on a beach, imploring his kids to put down their phones and suck some of lifes marrow.

The Pressure Drop

I've had a story in my head for about 20 years. But the finished product and what I had conceived it to be are poles apart. Imagine a succession of romantic near misses over many years. Have you been there yourself? How despite the changes in yourself, the change across society and how we interact with it, the underlying attraction you have with someone just doesn't dissipate. I thought it was an interesting angle to explore. Throw in, for example, the changes in our use of technology or a globally changing event and you have something poignant, relatable and hopefully engaging.
