Yetunde Elebuibon

Yetunde is an IT consultant with extensive leadership experience in productivity improvements and performance management. She has built a library of models and reusable knowledge-based assets to produce consistent and streamlined business intelligence results in her professional career. She had evaluated the consistency and importance of different business intelligence data against needs to determine optimal courses of action.

She studied at the University of Wolverhampton, where she passed her master's degree with distinction. She is a certified trainer in lifelong adult training.

She is an award-winning community champion and the founder of Knowledge Pool, a digital capability support organisation based in Doncaster, UK. The organisation's goal is to improve and promote digital competency in the community, especially among the disadvantaged. Knowledge Pool won the Craig Macdonald Digital Leaders award in 2021. This national award is to recognise the impact of grassroots organisations that are bridging the digital gaps in the community. She is currently nominated for the Black Tech Achievement (BTA) for social good. Some of her community projects had provided digital devices, digital guidebooks, internet access, and training that had re-shaped the digital trends in her community. Supporting people with no/low digital skills to become independent users of digital devices during the COVID-19 pandemic bagged her a nomination for the Doncaster Chamber of Commerce's business hero award in July 2020.

She is a senior consultant, a STEM ambassador, and a promoter of apprenticeship. Successful at developing and improving training programs for employees at all levels. She has created two digital guidebooks to help people with low IT skills build up digital competencies; Getting Started with Digital Devices and Getting Started with Online Meetings.

She is a minister at the Redeemed Christian Church of God Kingdom Life Convocation in Doncaster, where she performs activities that brings the church closer to the people.
