Dr. Callie Everett

Award-winning educator Dr. Callie Everett has always believed in being the positive change she wished to see in the world. By actively investing in her students' lives, Dr. Everett has been able to create a butterfly effect by changing the world one heart at a time. Passionate about continuing her vision and reaching as many people as possible, Dr. Everett took her knowledge of children's resilience to write her debut book. Inspired by the loss of her sister, Dr. Everett captured the depth and range of grief that children undergo when they lose a parent. She hopes to continue changing the world through her books, mentor programs, and relationships with her students. When not writing, Dr. Everett enjoys traveling, spending time with her loving mother, and attending church.
