Stefan Michel is a Professor of Marketing and Strategy and was the Dean of the IMD Executive MBA. He won the Emerald Literati Award by the Journal of Service Management for the best paper of 2009 and 2010. His book "Marketing. An Introduction" is the bestselling textbook in Switzerland, with over 30,000 copies sold. Professor Michel is a board member at Bossard, Zug, a publicly listed company, Peka Systeme, Mosen, President of the Foundation Board of the Swiss Society for Marketing (GfM), and a Foundation Board of IMD member, a world-leading business school in Lausanne.
