Mr. David E. Fowler

Mr. Fowler is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law (1983) and served as law clerk to the law Harry Klusmeier, Judge, Ohio Court of Appeals for the First District. Mr. Fowler practice law in Cincinnati, Ohio from 1984 through 1989, before returning to his hometown of Chattanooga, Tennessee to practice law from 1990 to 2006. In 1994, Mr. Fowler ran for the Tennessee state Senate, District 11 and served until 2006 when he joined with other Tennesseans to form the Family Action Council of Tennessee, serving as its executive director.
