Jonathan Schultz Ed D

Jonathan was formally diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD) at the age of 18 years old. Three years later, after suffering his first major mental breakdown, he was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). After suffering a second mental breakdown in 2020, brought on by his OCD, he decided to shift his focus to helping people with mental health struggles.

Jonathan serves as an academic counselor at Bakersfield College. He has a master’s degree in school counseling and a doctorate degree in organizational leadership. Along with his job as a counselor, he is passionate about helping others with mental health struggles. He created a website and blog that is dedicated to bringing awareness and resources to for mental health issues.
