Nadeem Perera

Nadeem is a born Londoner who has always used writing as a way to get a grasp on what is happening around him. Using a keen interest in nature and the great outdoors as well as great intuition, Nadeem has been able to navigate his way into prominence in the space demonstrating self-taught knowledge on a wide number of species.

Having always been an integral part of any community he has been a part of, Nadeem spends his days coaching youth football, birding and pursuing a career in wildlife filmmaking. His work with Flock Together, a birdwatching/outdoor group for people of colour, also allows him to influence younger generations of all youth across the country through their Flock Together Academy which launched in 2021.
