M. R. Puado

In my youth I worked in a photocopier multinational until I got married (1981). I dedicated myself to taking care of my family and forgot about writing and even reading. When my children entered university, I decided that my time had come and I also entered (2003). A few years later I finished my law degree and started working on it (2008).

Now that I am retired I have decided to continue writing (I have won some literary contests and been a finalist in others) and I have already written three books: one for children, another on cooking and a short novel; although the first book I wrote (1979) was entitled Mars: the future of the Earth, a kind of compilation of the data that was known at that time about this planet, unfortunately, it is already out of print.

When I write a novel or a story, I don't like to box the characters in predetermined clichés, I enjoy thinking that they are the ones who tell me their story (as in Seven characters in search of an author, a work that marked me forever).

Currently I have a few ideas in mind: a novel with several short stories intertwined with each other; perhaps one of murders; the story of a girl from her birth to adolescence; I don't know very well yet, I have to think about it carefully.
