Shekinah "Ki" Magee

Dr. Shekinah ‘Ki’ Magee completed her doctoral studies with Regent University. She holds two Master’s Degrees – one in Public Administration (HR), and the other – a Master’s in National Security (Strategic Studies) from the U.S. Naval War College. These degrees are rounded out by numerous key certifications in Agile, Advanced Corporate Coaching, Project Management, Organizational Change Management and Lean Six Sigma. With over 25 years of experience working with and leading teams, "Dr. Ki" has coached and mentored thousands of leaders and executives to engage team members more effectively. She also helps leaders create and foster environments that attract, build, and empower high performance teams that shift the landscape of the organization, the industry, and society.
