I am a teacher by nature, and I am humbled and honored to guide people in developing in all aspects of life.

I teach SEL, ESL, Art, and Polyvagal Theory.

I am a writer, poet, artist, peer support specialist, spiritual counselor, wife, and mom.

There is always something new to learn each day, and I help my clients focus on the "glimmers".

We are an earthwide community assisting each other in the walk home.
