When I began this journey, I had no idea that the path I would take or the stream of emotions that would flood my soul. GOD showed me that in His infinite wisdom, my path and the journey had already been carved out. It was my responsibility to take the first step. This book is a collection of journal entries and was my first step to not only help myself begin the healing process, but to be a vessel for others. I give all the honor, glory, and praise to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am prayerful as you read and study His Word that you will feel His holy presence in your life. I have been reminded that just as He was placed into the dark tomb and rose again while shining His light so bright, that we too, have a light inside of us. May God bring you out of your tomb of darkness and place upon you the will to shine the light that you possess inside. In this book, I attempt to help you seek out positives in whatever situation you may face in order to find your spark of light. Take your time, give yourself grace, breath, and receive the glory of God.
