Jay Harley

Jay Harley serves as Vice President for Student Affairs at Dallas Baptist University where he leads the student life and spiritual life components of the DBU experience. Jay began at DBU as Director of Spiritual Life, then served as Dean of Spiritual Life. He oversees areas of the University such as University Housing, Student Organizations, Student Activities, Disability Accommodations, Career Services, the Counseling Center, and Spiritual Life. He has established several campus ministries and discipleship programs, led more than thirty international mission and study programs for DBU students. He designed and taught the international study program at DBU on the life, theology, and ministry of German pastor and theologian, Dietrich Bonhoeffer. He is a contributing author to the book, "Luther on Leadership.” Jay is a graduate of Clemson University (B.S.), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv), and Dallas Baptist University (Ed.D.)
