Steve Sanderson

Steve J Sanderson is a former Marine and author of Calloused Heart: Navigating the Balance between Faith and Violence. He served with 3rd Battalion 7th Marines at the height of the OIF conflict with two combat deployments to Iraq. After the Marines, Steve pursued a degree in Psychology and worked in corporate sales for military and law enforcement agencies before transitioning into Executive Protection as a protection agent for high-profile clients in southern California. Steve is also a musician and has served on various worship teams for over 20 years. His faith in God has been the most influential part of his life and has helped him in his post-traumatic growth.
