As a champion of humanism, human rights, and personal development, Jim strongly believes that every human being deserves an outstanding and fulfilling life. After accomplishing his law studies, and after eight years of searching for the career he truly loves, he fell in love with coaching. Despite the social and family pressure, he listened to his gut and pursued his passion for inspiring people to discover and follow their passion.
Jim also longs for breaking out of his comfort zone and being challenged, thus challenging others plays a key role in his coaching style. In a modern culture that promotes work merely as a money-making tool for people to survive and get by, Jim wakes up every single day to accomplish his vision:
To inspire 3 billion people in 195 countries by 2060 to find their passion at work.
