Justin Douglas

Justin Douglas is the Founder and Lead Pastor of The Belong Collective. He has been serving in ministry for more than 15 years and is equipped with a formidable blend of community service knowledge and experience. He is motivated and inspired by a drive to bridge the gaps that exist in our world through creating more spaces of belonging and acceptance. Justin has a podcast titled Beyond Boundaries and gave a TEDx talk under the same name in 2019.
