My name is Benjamin. I’ve been called a renaissance man before. I am an artist, writer, photographer, dancer, and musician. It only seemed natural to put it all in stories.

I’ve held a variety of jobs, but studied as a journalist at the Ernie Pyle Hall of Journalism at IU where I learned how to tell and read stories.

I gravitate towards writing fantasy because magic enables writers to expound upon the human conditions that fiction can’t. I stress that a lot in my first novel The Mad King’s Trials.

Aside from fantasy I enjoy a good history book, self improvement books, or science books.
