She loves to read romantic sci-fi, and scary dystopian novels. Her characters are an equal opportunity bunch. She creates fantastic worlds and inspirational yet flawed characters. All sides of a swan must be accepted and loved is her mantra. R.A. Michaels grew up in a Country where electricity was scarce, and her pastime was storytelling. Authors who left their imprints on her early on, are Shirley Jackson, Stephen King, and Anne Rice. Her favorite poets are Paul Verlaine and Edgar Allan Poe. She believes strongly that our imagination is all we truly need to keep us entertained! Her life experiences are her treasures, writing them down is her greatest therapy. She is happily married to her lumberjack, Tony and stepmom to an Anime addict and an avid ROBLOX builder.
