Daisy Winter

Daisy Winter is a children's author and illustrator, born in Herefordshire.

She currently lives and works full time in Bristol, whilst pursuing illustration as a part time hobby. She has always loved drawing and being creative, but developed her Illustration business during the first lockdown of the Coronavirus Pandemic in 2020.

Daisy has a degree in Interior Architecture from Birmingham City University, and Level 3 Diplomas in Greek Mythology, History of Ancient Greece, Climate Change, Earth Science, Sustainable Living, and Social Media Marketing.

Alongside writing and illustrating her own book, Daisy has illustrated several other children's books written by various authors, including 'Matilda's Eye Patch' by Aimie Strachan, and 'Sadie meets Matty Bouse', 'Jude the Dude and the Healthy Food' 'Thought Bubbles', and 'The Cogs of our Class' by Lucy Rodgers.

Daisy is inspired by the works of Quentin Blake, Jim Kay, Nick Sharratt and Lynley Dodd.

She is a trustee and previous volunteer for Rocky's Rescue Dog Charity, and hopes to one day have a house full of rescue dogs.
