Hailey Steimel

Hailey was born with a congenital heart defect, which led to her needing a lifesaving heart transplant as a teen. She received her new heart on Valentine's Day 2014, which is also National Donor Day! Hailey, continues to promote the importance of organ donation and congenital heart defects.
