A synopsis about the authors isn't necessary; rather the Author feels that you-the potential reader-should have a better Understanding of the Purpose of the Creation of Li-Lo-Li and Omo. Allow me this Opportunity to explain...

Li-Lo-Li is a dedication to my childhood friend/girlfriend/friend (she dumped me twice :( (If she's reading this, I told you I would tell the world you dumped me!) Yet her and I remained the best of friends! Well as fate would have it, I took a wrong turn in life and ended up in prison. She, on the other hand, became a victim of gun violence.

It wasn't until she contacted me several years later, that I heard her story. She was now paralyzed from the waist down, due to unforeseen gun violence. And I was in prison serving a sentence of life without the possibility of parole for taking a life. Yet...in one of my lowest moments she came back into my life and Loved me! It was as if we both helped each other smile again...and this was the beginning of The Amazing Adventures of Li-Lo-Li and Omo.

I always though that if she could never walk again that I would carry her on my shoulders; and likewise if I never was to be free again, I could live life vicariously through her. Hence a friendship for the ages. I now understand what is meant by seeing the world through the lenses of children.
