Stefan Zavalin

Dr. Stefan Zavalin was born in Moscow, Russia, but grew up and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. His passion for movement and health pushed him to get a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. After working in the physical therapy world for a few years and feeling he needed to make more of a difference, Dr. Zavalin started a consulting business, Love to Move. The vision: change the global work culture and bring more movement to the everyday life of office workers to boost their health, wellness, and ultimately, the longevity of their lives. In his free time, Dr. Zavalin likes to write songs on piano and guitar, craft jokes, critique a good cup of coffee, and play board games with his wife and friends.
