Tammy Ardila

Tammy Ardila is a mother of two and parent to one. During her son's younger years, she has used the spinning of Charlie and Spot bedtime stories as a way to problem-solve with Lincoln, her highly sensitive son. Like Charlie, he has tried many styles of shirts, pants, shoes, and, of course, socks to find workable clothing. So many clothes for highly sensitive children cause negative feelings, like irritation, anxiety, and even pain.

Tammy and her co-author Lincoln hope to inform and educate with their books. Most of all, they want to let highly sensitive children and their families know they are not alone.

Tammy also loves creating books that inspire, encourage, and bring a little more joy to everyday life. Her work spans a variety of genres, from children's books to journals that provide space for reflection, gratitude, creativity, and personal growth.

With a passion for reading, learning, and creating meaningful experiences for others, Tammy enjoys developing books that readers can return to again and again.

Whether you're picking up one of her children's books or opening the pages of one of her journals, she hopes that you'll find something that brings inspiration, encouragement, or a moment to pause and enjoy.

Thank you for joining Tammy on her journey as an author
