Heather Rubin

Heather Rubin presents regularly on topics related to instructional design and technology integration for English Learners and provides school districts with professional learning and guidance in order to support the needs of English Learners and their families. She has over 20 years of experience as a teacher, administrator, and education consultant in New York. She is the lead author of Digital Age Teaching for ELLs: A Guide to Equitable Learning for All Students (2022) and ELL Frontiers: Using Technology to Enhance Instruction for English Learners (2017), both published by Corwin. She is also the lead author-contributor of Digital Age Teaching for English Learners in The Handbook of TESOL in K-12 (2019), a Wiley publication.
