Al Lee-Bourke

Al-Lee Bourke has spent over forty years disturbing the peace at work. On purpose. He did not set out to be a change expert. He learned the hard way. Through failed projects. Long days. And mistakes he prefers not to repeat. Somewhere around the year 2000, the pattern became clear. This was the work.

From 2011, Al took that work on the road with Microsoft. He helped organisations wrestle with change in 196 cities across 29 countries. Different cultures. Same problems. New system. Old habits. Always.

In 2017, he reached a professional milestone and became a Prosci Certified Advanced Instructor. That means he teaches the teachers. And he still tells them where the theory breaks on contact with Monday morning.

For the past three years, Al has been semi-retired. In theory. In practice, he still teaches Prosci, advises leaders, writes and rides his motorcycle. He works less. He chooses better. And he has even less patience for nonsense than before.
