Eric Armstrong

Eric Armstrong is a dog lover, storyteller, and the creative mind behind the Poppy tales that have appeared on LhasaLife for years. He’s also Poppy’s dad in real life, and the two of them are very much the heart and soul of everything LhasaLife does.

“A Dangerous Time for Dogs” is Eric’s debut novel, three years in the making. Inspired by his own dogs, particularly the unforgettable Trevor, a Patterdale terrier lost in a road accident, and of course Poppy herself, this book is Eric’s love letter to the dogs who shape our lives in ways we never expect.

The novel is published in collaboration with LhasaLife and is dedicated to Eric’s parents in recognition of their love and encouragement.
