Martin Booth

Martin Booth grew up in what was then a Yorkshire village and attended the grammar school in the nearby Lancashire town of Clitheroe. He trained as an architect in Liverpool where he met his wife who was from Worcestershire, and after qualifying moved to the Malvern area where they still live. Despite designing and building two houses for themselves in Malvern and in rural Herefordshire, he has still found time to write and to indulge his love of fell walking, particularly in the English Lake District.
