Hello, I’m Natalie Bleau, currently rooted in the vibrant heart of London, UK.
I live independently, guided by a deep commitment to supporting those navigating mental, emotional, and spiritual hardship.
For over a decade, I’ve worked closely with palliative care patients—offering presence, comfort, and compassion during life’s most vulnerable moments.
When the pandemic reshaped our world, I turned to writing, launching a series of reflective blogs on Medium. Through these pieces, I aim to uplift and encourage, reminding readers of their strength and capacity to endure.
Balance is my guiding principle—an anchor I return to in both calm and chaos.
My journey with mental health has been shaped by personal trials and the enduring influence of my late father, Cecil Bleau. His legacy of courage continues to inspire me to face life’s fiercest storms with grace.
As a survivor, suicide first aider, and mental health advocate, I stand as living proof that there is a way forward. I encourage others to see themselves not as broken, but as warriors—resilient, worthy, and capable of healing.
I find sanctuary in cemeteries. These quiet spaces, often misunderstood, offer me peace and perspective. Filming events there allows me to honor memory, explore legacy, and reflect on life’s deeper rhythms.
As a patient representative for NELCA, I’m deeply committed to promoting early diagnosis. Too often, people wait until it’s too late. I use my voice to urge others: don’t delay. Your health matters. Your life matters.
In his honour, I created a website that chronicles my own path—its battles, breakthroughs, and the tools that have become my armour in the ongoing pursuit of healing.
