Silke Harvey

Silke Harvey is a European executive and publisher operating at senior level within the SheIsMe Global ecosystem. She serves as Executive Director of SheIsMe Europe and SheIsMe Media, leading European expansion, editorial direction, and the strategic development of SheIsMe’s media and publishing assets. She is the founder of Female Leaders Rising, a premium container for retreat leaders and facilitators within SheIsMe Global, and the founder of Inner Hippie Books, an independent publishing house and official SheIsMe publishing partner specialising in collaborative anthologies and authority-led nonfiction for women leaders. Silke’s background spans music, media, publishing, and professional services. She spent over two decades founding and managing a Rock’n’Roll band, overseeing business operations, early online distribution, grant funding, and touring. She later worked as an in-house translator at KPMG’s European headquarters before founding her own translation agency. Today, she focuses on building durable, women-led platforms across media, publishing, and retreat-based infrastructure, with an emphasis on long-term stewardship and credible growth.
