Ian J. Comaskey

Ian Comaskey is the founder of one of the most successful Irish real estate firms ever. Comaskey Properties sold 365 million in Spanish property before he sold the firm back in 2018.

It is impossible to sell that much property and not see patterns emerge in buyers. In this updated version of his book, Ian uses his knowledge to explain how many buyers end up with a property they did not intend to buy, and why they usually pay too much.

Ian currently lives in Spain with Lynne and their three boys.
