Robert DeNorris Darby, preacher, poet, producer and publisher.

Robert is the second of nine children born to Robert & Nancy Darby. He is

From a small town in AL, by the name of Tuscumbia.

He is married to Sandra DeAnn Darby and they have five children.

Robert is an accomplished songwriter and member of the AL Music Hall of Fame.

He received the Male Best Gospel Songwriter of the year for his song entitled:

“One Day Soon,” having also received the Muscle Shoals Songwriter’s Association

Best Gospel Song for “One Day Soon.”

Robert has written more than eleven books for spiritual study and enlightenment. He has also written several children books, with a three book series entitled: DJ and Me - DJ and Me Play That Music, DJ and Me Read The Signs, and DJ and Me Visit Grandma.

Robert has written several hundred songs. The majority being Gospel Songs. He has produced a A Cappella (4-part harmony shape note tabulated) Gospel Songbook with over three-hundred songs for worship and praise.

As a minister of the Gospel of Christ Robert has traveled to many states in the U.S. and to several countries around the world proclaiming Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
