Kyle Secor

Kyle Secor is an actor, writer, and director best known for his work on the Emmy-winning Homicide: Life on the Street, Commander In Chief, as First Gentleman to Geena Davis, Phily, The Flash as bad-dad Thomas Snow/Icicle, The Rookie, Lone Star 9-1-1, and Purge: Election Year as the right horrible Minister Edwidge Owens. He's published many articles, essays and short stories on his Substack site, Everything/Nothing and is the co-host of the rewatch podcast Homicide: Life on Repeat. He has also written and directed a few short films. As a young man, Kyle had some apparent spiritual experiences; the desire for more of those and a compulsive need to make sense of both his artistic and esoteric longings seemed to drive him. Even as the years brought both career struggles and success, addiction and recovery - that drive apparently remained. Not long ago, an uncompromising message was heard, which often feels like being home, and the need for any answers stopped. Kyle lives with his lovely family in Los Angeles.
