Kimberly Vuz is the owner of Inside Out Hypnosis, LLC. She is certified as a Consulting Hypnotist, Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner, Health Coach, and Life Coach. She also has a B.A. in Communication.

As a former 'push her feelings down and never ask for help' kind of girl, Kimberly knows firsthand how tremendous stress, fear, and unresolved past hurts make it difficult to focus, function at your highest level, and find the right answers within you to create a life of joy and success.

She helps overwhelmed women identify and resolve the root causes behind their destructive behaviors and fears so they can make positive, lasting changes enabling them to consistently crush their goals. She has also recently begun offering stress management programs to companies to increase employee happiness, productivity, and improve communication.

One of Kimberly’s greatest gifts is helping her clients find the humor in life while extracting valuable lessons and deep insights so they can unlock their inner power. Her private sessions are light-hearted as she helps clients work through serious issues while providing a safe, friendly atmosphere.

Kimberly lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband, two teenage daughters, a flock of chickens and four high-maintenance cats. She loves to mountain bike, cook and has recently taken up an interest in photography. Of course, her favorite thing is game night with her hilarious family.
