Christopher Riebli

I'm a fifth generation Sonoma County (California) native. I was raised on a Petaluma dairy farm, and experienced first-hand, the the plight of the small farmer. My longer writing draws on these rural chords. I've written for magazines, newspapers, have published short stories over the years, I drove truck for 30 years, while teaching composition part-time at Santa Rosa Junior College. I retired in 2012, and published my first novel, "The Body's Perfect." Nine years later I published "The Egg Man," a prequel to "The Body's Perfect." My writing has been compared to Steinbeck's, and I gladly accept that comparison.
