William Rozar lives in upstate New York with his wife Julie. When he’s not writing or designing data warehouses to pay the bills, Bill is most likely composing music, making art, writing, or cooking (mostly) vegetarian meals for his family. After living in noisy urban Brooklyn, NY for the past 30 years Bill has fully embraced the gentle rhythms and easy solitude of country living. All Hallows’ Eve is his first published book.
