Alyson Young Gregory is a mother and Ayurvedic health counselor and educator who works with Kerala Ayurveda USA, a globally recognized, full-spectrum organization committed to transforming healthcare in the 21st century. She is an experienced parenting media writer with expertise in holistic health and offers parents a wellness blueprint for creating healthy lifestyle routines for the whole family. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and a member of Kerala's alumni community.
