Lawrence Howells

Dr Lawrence Howells is a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of East Anglia. He specialises in Emotion Science, helping people to understand their emotions and improve their wellbeing. He has written two books on this subject, works clinically with adolescents and adults using these approaches and offers training events to a variety of professionals. His most recent book, Understanding Your 7 Emotions is designed to help people, whatever their background, apply emotion science in their lives.
