Graham Eisner

I have helped business of all shapes and sizes across all sectors and industries to achieve remarkable changes in their sales through referrals.

Over 20 years of training and ten years directly at Goldman Sachs, the insights into psychological barriers and reasons for success and failure that I have gained from all the people I trained and worked with, have given me an unprecedented knowledge base about asking for referrals.

I worked at Goldman Sachs from 1990 to 2000 as a private client relationship manager. My primary role was to find clients and I became known internally as the group’s expert on gaining referrals from internal partners, senior executives, clients and intermediaries.

I also ran the training programme for all Goldman Sachs’ incoming private client salespeople in Europe.

My experiences in these roles led to create my own sales consultancy, focusing on the wealth advisory sector and other

professional services industries to train and mentor salespeople and their teams on how to increase referrals.

I have delivered hundreds of workshops on this subject using my methodologies.
