Jim Johnson

 Jim Johnson is the Head Coach of ContractorCoachPRO, a full service coaching company for home services contractors. After several years as a $25MM+ contractor, and 5 years as Director of Sales for AccuLynx.com, this background gave him unique experience and insight into the world of being a home services contractor. The fact that he has literally been into the back offices of over 1500 contractors and coached 400+ more with ContractorCoachPRO has allowed him to see just about every way of succeeding or failing as a contractor, from contractors doing less than $1M in revenues to companies doing over $100MM.

 

He believes in a "each contractor is different" approach to helping contractors develop strategies for their business that fit their resources, skills and talents. Over the last 8 years he has developed the Contractor Blueprint which was an epiphany that there are 2 sides of a contractors DNA, Foundation and Operation and 12 very specific components that need to be executed in a very specific order to ensure success. This coaching plan has helped ContractorCoachPRO clients achieve an average ROI of 1970% on their coaching investment.

Jim resides in New Braunfels, TX with his amazing wife Michelle, who keeps him on the straight and narrow. He has 3 awesome children, Heather, Braden and Annika who he couldn't be prouder of the young adults they have become.
