Debby-Lee Smith-Mills

Debby-Lee Smith-Mills is a retired teacher and co owner of an elementary school in the Turks and Caicos Islands. She has over 40 years experience in the field of education.

Mrs Mills has a passion for education management mentoring young teachers, and the teaching of Creative Writing. She is an avid reader who loves to cook, decorate, garden and entertain friends and family.

Mrs Mills has a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Leicester, UK.
