Meg Pauken

Meg Pauken is the owner of Pauken Legal Services LLC, in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Her practice focuses on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Special Needs Planning. She helps clients plan for the protection and distribution of their assets and for the care of themselves and their families if something should happen to them.

Meg's experience in this area of planning is personal as well as professional: she walked with her own parents through their last illnesses and the end of their lives. This gives her a special empathy and compassion for the families she serves.

Meg is a frequent speaker on the topics of Elder Law, Special Needs Planning and Estate Planning. She is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, the Geauga County Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and ElderCounsel Ms. Pauken earned a BA from Miami University and a JD from Case Western Reserve School of Law.
