Eliza Solares appreciates the sweet things in life, from sweet romance to sweet treats. A former mathematics and literature teacher, Eliza now enjoys her life as a mother, wife, and author in the beautiful Canadian West. She loves to take in the sunshine and play in the dirt with her children.

When she isn’t writing about strong-willed women on a mission, she can be found baking all manner of treats, crocheting more blankets than she can use, and curling up with a good book and a cup of tea.
